With the help of our dedicated hostess support team, anyone is qualified and able to host a table--even if decorating isn't one of your gifts!
As a Table Hostess, you have many options this year. Tables will seat 8-10 people; so it's up to you how many people you'd like to invite! It's also up to you whether you want to treat all of your guests and pay for their ticket or if you'd like to "sell" your ticket to the people whom you invite.
In addition, you may sponsor half a table (4 or 5). If you purchase a partial table, other ladies from our open seating registration will be seated at your table. Whether you purchase all or only part of a table, as a hostess you are responsible for decorating the entire table for all attendees (again, we will equip you!) and for providing favors ($5 or less) for all the ladies at the table.
Upon registering, you will receive a packet that contains invitations, your tickets, and a detailed resource book that explains everything you need to know to successfully host a table.

Hostess Workshop
To assist you in being a successful hostess, we're holding a Hostess Workshop on November 13th from 7:00-9:00 p.m. at the CrossBridge Community Center.
To assist you in being a successful hostess, we're holding a Hostess Workshop on November 13th from 7:00-9:00 p.m. at the CrossBridge Community Center.
During the session, you will meet your Table Hostess Captain and our Creative Consultants. They will share many ideas for making the night a success, including etiquette and decorating tips. We will even have a few tables decorated at this workshop to spark your creativity. Our Evangelism Coordinator will also be there to equip you in the area of inviting ladies in your oikos, as well as sharing table talk ideas for the night of the event.
